Coloring Kitten Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Coloring Kitten is a coloring app for young children. It is designed so that no personal information is collected, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone.
What the app does with data
- Drawings your child makes are saved only on the device, inside the app's private storage. They are never uploaded. A grown-up can delete all of them at any time from the Parents Area.
- Saving to Photos only happens when the child taps "Save" and only after you allow it in the iOS permission dialog. The app has add-only access: it can write a drawing into Photos, it cannot read your photo library.
- Settings (sound on/off, "stay inside the lines") are stored on the device.
- Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We receive no name, email, or payment information — only Apple's anonymous confirmation that the purchase was made. Family Sharing and Ask to Buy are handled by Apple.
- The app has no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, no tracking and does not use the network for anything other than Apple's App Store services.
Children's privacy
Coloring Kitten is made for children and is published in the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, and the app contains no way to enter personal information. All purchase and settings screens sit behind a parental gate that a young child cannot pass.
Your choices
- Delete all saved drawings: Parents Area → Artwork → Delete all artwork.
- Remove Photos access: iOS Settings → Coloring Kitten → Photos.
- Purchase history and refunds: iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Media & Purchases (Apple handles both).
- Deleting the app removes every drawing and setting it stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, changes will be rare.
