Coloring Kitten Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 September 2026
By downloading or using Coloring Kitten you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you are agreeing on behalf of the child who uses the app.
The app
Coloring Kitten is a coloring app for children. Part of the content is free. The remaining pictures are unlocked by Unlock Everything, a one-time in-app purchase sold through Apple's App Store.
Purchases
- One-time purchase: Unlock Everything is paid once and does not renew. The current price is shown in the app before you buy and on the App Store. There is no subscription.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Restoring: the purchase is tied to the Apple Account that made it. Use Restore Purchases (paywall or Parents Area) after reinstalling or on a new device.
- Family Sharing: the purchase can be shared with your Family Sharing group, as supported by Apple.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; a refunded purchase locks the premium pictures again.
Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement (EULA) applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Your content
Drawings made in the app belong to you. They are stored only on your device; we never receive them.
Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its artwork.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
